The story behind who we are and what we do.

PT. Dahana Surya Perkasa was originally started in 1984 as CV  Dahana Engineering.

Since its establishment we have supplied machinary parts, do custom jobs, and site projects. We fabricate our products and custom orders in our own workshop with a wide range of heavy machinary supported by our well trained operators and experienced engineers. At the beginning, our main experties were in mechanical engineering which includes manufacturing and fabricating of industrial machinaries. We took a lot of projects in many sugar-mills factories such as machinaries revitalization, boilers maintenance, piping construction, etc etc.

After years of successfull experiences, we become very familiar with heavy machinary especially in Sugar-mills both in raw and refinery, cement factories, plastic industries, marines industries, block-ice factories and palm oil industries.

In 1992, we built a Steel and Iron Foundry at Sidoarjo, East Java to better accomodate our strict quality control and demand. The foundry itself is equipped with wide range of the latest technologies such as spectrometer up to 26 elements, CE Meter, thermocouple, sand laboratory, automatic heat-treatment for annealing and quenching.

Having our own foundry give us special advantage if we have inquiry for special custom   specifications (wear resistance, good tensile strength, temperature resistance, etc etc). It also gives us extra edge to press the delivery time.

As the company grew bigger, in 2004, we decided to change the name to PT. Dahana Surya  Perkasa to better accomodate our purpose and our goals. Since then, we have been expanding our line of business to trading and construction.

At PT. Dahana Surya Perkasa, it is our philosophy to work genuinely for customer satisfaction. We never compromise with quality and we never take any projects lightly. Every   work and every projects must undergoes meticulous steps of controls; starting from the design until we deliver it to our customers.
